What Legal does

Legal produces a checklist of the clauses a given kind of Indonesian contract should address, and scores your coverage against it. It anchors each item to the governing law by name rather than by bare article number, because Indonesian regulation is amended often and a bare article reference ages badly and misleads confidently — article numbers are treated as citations to verify, not as facts. It is an awareness tool and explicitly not a legal opinion.

How Legal works

What Legal does not do

Legal is a checklist and not a legal opinion. It cannot tell you whether a clause is enforceable, adequate for your circumstances, or a good idea — only whether the topic is addressed. Article references must be verified against the current regulation. It covers Indonesian law only, and for anything consequential you need a qualified lawyer, which the module says rather than implies.
