Consulting
Deck
Jalaran Deck builds a slide deck from a rhetorical structure — Pyramid, SCR or Insight — so the argument holds together before anyone touches formatting.
Who Deck is for
For consultants, analysts and anyone presenting a recommendation to people who will push back on it. The characteristic failure is a deck of individually good slides that does not add up to an argument — it survives a read-through and collapses the moment somebody asks why slide nine follows slide eight.
What Deck does
Deck starts from a rhetorical structure rather than a blank slide. Pyramid leads with the answer and supports it downward, which is right when your audience is senior and short of time. SCR walks through Situation, Complication, Resolution, which is right when they do not yet accept there is a problem. Insight builds toward a finding, which is right when the conclusion needs earning. Choosing one forces the argument to exist before the slides do — the reverse of the usual order, and the reason most decks fall apart under questioning. AI drafts the outline inside the structure you picked rather than freely, so the shape survives contact with the content, speaker notes attach per slide, and export is PPTX for your own template.

How Deck works
Pick the structure
Pyramid, SCR or Insight. This is the argument decision, and making it first is the whole method.
Generate the outline
AI drafts within the structure rather than freely, so the shape survives contact with the content.
Write the slides
Each slide serves its position in the argument. A slide that does not is a slide to cut.
Add speaker notes and export
Notes per slide, then PPTX for final formatting wherever you normally present from.
What Deck does not do
Deck builds structure and content, not design — the PPTX comes out plain and you apply your template afterwards. It does not create charts; Viz makes figures and you place them. There is no collaboration or commenting, and it will not rescue a recommendation that is not supported by the analysis, which no amount of structure can.
Common questions
Does it design the slides?
No. The PPTX export is deliberately plain so your own template applies cleanly. Deck is about the argument; visual design comes afterwards.
Which structure should I pick?
Pyramid when you have an answer and need to defend it, SCR when the audience needs the context first, Insight when you are building toward a finding. Picking wrong is more recoverable than picking none.
Can it make the charts?
No. Viz builds charts and exports SVG for print; Deck handles the argument and the slides they sit in.
