What Tasks does
Tasks is a column-and-card board with priorities, due dates and per-task comment threads. What separates it from every other board is the AI breakdown: hand it a goal that is too large to start and it returns concrete subtasks, streaming them as they are generated so you can see the shape forming rather than watching a spinner. Breakdown works in English and Indonesian. A calendar view reads the same tasks by due date, so the board and the schedule cannot disagree.

What Tasks does not do
Tasks is a board for you or a small group, not a team tracker: a board holds up to 5 people, its owner included, while the owner is on the free plan, and there are no sprint ceremonies. It does not sync with Jira, Asana or Linear. AI breakdown proposes subtasks and nothing else: it will not estimate, prioritise or schedule for you, because a confident estimate from a model that has never done the work is a fabrication with a number attached.
