Who Time is for

For freelancers and consultants who need to invoice accurately, and for anyone who wants to know where a week actually went. It is deliberately not a focus practice — sometimes you just need the hours.

What Time does

Time is a plain project log: start the stopwatch, stop it, tag the entry to a project, or add the entry by hand afterwards when you forgot to start it — which is most of the time, so manual entry is a first-class path rather than an afterthought. Periods roll up into hours and billable amounts with hourly rates in Indonesian rupiah natively, and AI writes a short commentary on the period. Where Focus is a deep-work practice with intentions and rituals, Time is bookkeeping.

How Time works

   Named projects with hourly rates, denominated in rupiah rather than converted from dollars.

   Run the stopwatch, or do not

   Live tracking when you remember; manual entry when you did not, which is a supported path rather than a fallback.

   Read the period roll-up

   Hours and billable totals per project across the period you are invoicing.

   Get the period summary

   A short written commentary on where the time actually went.

What Time does not do

Time does not generate or send invoices — it produces the totals an invoice is built from, and Finance is where the money side lives. There is no automatic tracking: no application monitoring, no calendar import, no idle detection, so entries are yours to record. It has no team timesheets or approvals, and no integration with an external accounting system.
