Who Loker is for

For job seekers in Indonesia working through listings from a dozen places at once — LinkedIn, Glints, Jobstreet, a company careers page, a WhatsApp group. Loker is the front of the funnel: the filter that decides what deserves a real application.

What Loker does

Loker takes a job posting as a URL or as pasted text and extracts the structure hiding inside the prose: responsibilities, hard requirements, nice-to-haves, seniority. It then scores how well your background matches and explains the score rather than just showing a percentage. Openings you decide to pursue push into Apply with one click, so the pipeline starts populated instead of you retyping the same company name into a second tool.

What Loker does not do

Loker does not search for jobs — it organises openings you bring to it, so it is a filter rather than a job board. It cannot get behind a login, so a posting on a site that requires an account has to be pasted as text. The fit score is a language-model judgement about the text of a posting; it does not know the hiring manager, the internal candidate, or how negotiable a listed requirement really is.

Does Loker find jobs for me?

No. It organises and assesses openings you bring to it from wherever you already look. It is the filter between a listing and an application, not a job board.

What if the posting is behind a login?

Paste the text instead of the URL. Ingestion handles both, precisely because a lot of postings live somewhere a fetch cannot reach.

How seriously should I take the fit score?

As a triage signal. It compares your background to the words in the posting; it does not know how flexible those requirements are in practice, and a strong application to a lower-scored role beats a rushed one to a high-scored role.
