Career Suite

Apply

Jalaran Apply is a job application tracker — your own applicant tracking system — that moves every application through a pipeline so nothing is quietly forgotten.

Who Apply is for

For anyone running more than five applications at once, at which point a spreadsheet stops being enough and you start losing track of which company asked for what and when you last heard from them.

What Apply does

Apply organises your search as a pipeline — applied, screening, interviewing, offer — with each application carrying its own timeline of what happened and when. It is the hub of the career suite rather than an island: openings arrive from Loker, contacts in Network link to the application they relate to, and projects documented in Portfolio feed the CV you send. The thing it is really for is follow-ups, because the application you forget to chase is the one that goes cold.

  • Kanban pipeline across application stages
  • Per-application timeline of contact and outcomes
  • Openings pushed in directly from Loker
  • Linked to Network contacts and Portfolio projects

How Apply works

  1. Add applications

Manually, or pushed in from Loker with the role details already parsed.

  2. Move them through stages

A pipeline that reflects where each application actually stands rather than where you hoped it would be.

  3. Keep the timeline

Each application records what happened and when, so "did they ever get back to me" has an answer.

  4. Connect the rest of the suite

Contacts from Network link to the application they relate to; CV and Cover produce the documents you send.

What Apply does not do

Apply does not submit applications for you and does not connect to any company’s ATS — there is no auto-apply, and that is a boundary rather than a gap. It will not scrape your email for status updates, so stage changes are yours to record. It is a personal tracker: no shared boards, no recruiter view, no collaboration.

Common questions

Can it apply to jobs automatically?

No. There is no auto-apply and no integration with employer ATS systems. Mass-submitted applications are the reason recruiters stop reading, so the module deliberately tracks rather than submits.

Does it read my email for updates?

No. There is no mailbox access. You record what happened, which also means the timeline reflects reality rather than what an email parser guessed.

How does it connect to the other career modules?

Loker pushes openings in, Network links the people who can refer you to the application they relate to, and CV, Cover and Portfolio produce what you send. Apply is the hub the rest of the funnel runs through.
